TrendFound Co. — Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our products are printed after you order. Please check the size chart, color, and shipping address carefully before checkout.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or an incorrectly selected color. This does not affect any cancellation, return, or refund rights you have under applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other legally required remedy. This reporting request does not shorten your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us through hello@trendfoundco.com for Shopify orders or Etsy Messages for Etsy orders. After 1 hour, cancellations and changes may not be possible. Any cancellation rights required by applicable law still apply.

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, eligible customers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions may apply to genuinely personalized or custom-made goods; printing a standard store design after purchase does not automatically make it exempt.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers pay return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise. We cover necessary return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items. Statutory refunds include standard outbound delivery where required and are processed within the applicable legal deadlines.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Contact us for the correct return address before mailing an item. Do not send returns directly to Printify or a production facility without instructions. Contacting us for instructions does not make statutory cancellation rights subject to approval.
