PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Our products are made to order through production partners. Production time and shipping time are separate. Please review the processing and delivery estimates displayed for your item and destination before ordering.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Production demand, carrier disruptions, holidays, and customs processing can affect delivery. Your applicable legal rights remain unchanged.

DESTINATIONS AND COSTS
We offer domestic and international shipping to destinations available at checkout. Availability and shipping charges depend on the product, production partner, and delivery address. Review the final shipping charge before completing your purchase.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees. Unless collected at checkout or expressly included in your order total, applicable import charges are the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Please verify your address before checkout. Contact us immediately about address errors; changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may apply where permitted by law.

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law and, for Etsy orders, Etsy’s policies.
